A Modern Concept in Downtown Denver

Redeveloping a half-acre property in downtown Denver, Gresham Smith developed conceptual designs for a 24-story mixed-use tower for a commercial developer. The project on a main thoroughfare of the Mile High City features 261 residential units and 247 spaces of structured parking. The top-floor amenity deck will feature natural gas BBQ grills and fire pits, an elevated swimming pool, and seating areas with pavers as well as artificial grass. Additional community amenities include a dog park and outdoor terrace on the fifth floor. The design responds to its urban setting while creating a sleek, modern landscape with unique architectural features.
