After GBT Realty purchased the site of a former auto repair shop, they turned to Gresham Smith to design what will become one of the most sought-after corporate addresses in the booming Gulch district of downtown Nashville.

The 25-story iconic addition to the Nashville skyline features Class AA office space and a ground floor mezzanine, redefining the market standards. With direct access to the center of downtown, ONE22ONE serves as the new gateway to Broadway.
