Gresham Smith is proud to announce that Deputy Program Manager NaKeeta Batson will join a panel at ACEC Georgia’s 2024 Engineers Summer Conference to discuss attracting and retaining talent in the engineering and consulting industry on June 8 in Orlando, Florida.
Entitled “Investing In Your Future: Strategies for Attracting, Onboarding & Retaining Talented Professionals,” panelists will cover a number of topics, including unconventional solutions for solving the hiring crisis, how to improve the onboarding process, how to be more inclusive in recruiting and observations from industry professionals about their experience working in small and large firms.
