Gresham Smith is excited to announce that Kevin Pasewalk, AIA, LEED AP, EDAC, has joined the firm’s Healthcare team as a Senior Architect in Denver, CO. With 20 years of experience in the industry and a versatile portfolio in architectural design, he will be able to propel our practice forward through leadership, mentorship and innovative solutions.
Most recently, Pasewalk served as the associate architect at Davis Partnership Architects, in both the private and public sectors. He led or was involved in various projects including hospitals and medical office buildings, mixed-use residential towers, corporate offices, military facilities, retail spaces and more. Within these projects, he managed budgets, performed all project scheduling and coordination, oversaw construction document production and directed technical detailing, while also leading the sustainable design process and helping clients achieve LEED certification on numerous projects.
Pasewalk is certified by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), holds an Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC) from the Center for Health Design, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is also affiliated with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Pasewalk received a bachelor’s degree in architecture and environmental design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
