Gresham Smith, a top-ranked national architecture and engineering firm with more than $230 million in annual gross revenue, is proud to announce that the firm has been named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s 2022 Best Places to Work. This recognition is based on feedback from Gresham Smith’s Orlando employees about the firm’s culture, team effectiveness, work engagement and trust in leadership. Orlando is the seventh Gresham Smith office to earn recognition for its strong, positive culture this year.
“As CEO, my goal is to have the best culture of any A/E firm in the world,” said Gresham Smith CEO Rodney Chester. “This is our seventh office to be named a best place to work this year, which is a testament to our investment in creating a company where employees love to work, have opportunities to grow, and know the work they do is positively impacting communities. We take great pride in being named one of Orlando’s top places to work.”
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Gresham Smith established an Orlando office in 2021. Locally, the team specializes in providing architecture, interior design, structural engineering, transportation engineering and planning services for the firm’s public agency, corporate workplace, mixed-use and healthcare clients.
The firm is active in several civic, community and professional groups, including the Orlando chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Bike Walk Central Florida, and proudly supports organizations such as Heart of Florida United Way and the Alzheimer’s Association.
