Chad Patterson Joins Gresham Smith as Project Executive

New PX to Focus on Food & Beverage, Pharma and Consumer Goods Clients

Gresham Smith is pleased to announce that Chad Patterson has joined the firm as a project executive in the Industrial market focused on clients in the FDA/USDA regulated markets, including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries.

With an extensive background in operational leadership, strategic growth and process optimization, Patterson brings a wealth of experience to the team. Over the past 15 years, he led his own consultancy practice where he guided multiple companies to operational excellence, securing multimillion-dollar sales and streamlining manufacturing and supply chain operations. His expertise in Lean Six Sigma and change management has transformed numerous organizations, enhancing profitability and performance.

Previously, Patterson held leadership roles at Conagra and Venture Foods, where he successfully implemented large-scale operational improvements, negotiated strategic contracts, and launched new products into the marketplace.

Patterson holds a Master of Science in agricultural business and management and a Bachelor of Science in agriculture from Murray State University and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
