As market vice president, Andrew oversees project delivery, staff development and client service, as well as the day-to-day operations of the Water + Environment market. He has nearly 20 years of experience, including extensive operational and project delivery expertise. Andrew’s people-first leadership philosophy is focused on building a culture of trust, support and development.
Prior to joining Gresham Smith, Andrew served as lead manager of projects for Georgia operations at Jacobs where he demonstrated success driving growth through delivery excellence and client satisfaction. In his role, he supervised project managers and their teams, serving most of the major Metro Atlanta water utilities, GDOT and other transportation authorities. Prior engagements as a project manager and consultant include serving clients across the Southeast—from Louisville to Jacksonville and from Richmond to Memphis.
