Consent Decree Driven Experience 

Gresham Smith has worked with numerous clients across the Southeast faced with the challenge of eliminating sanitary sewer overflows in their wastewater collection system. This is a daunting task that can be made more demanding by the issuance of an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) from of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
