Gresham Smith is excited to announce that Stephanie Kirschner has joined the firm’s Human Resources team as a senior HR operations leader. In this role, Kirschner will support the firm’s goals by focusing on talent management, rewards, succession planning, and workforce development while continuing the development of policies, programs, and practices that promote a high-performance culture, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
“Stephanie’s expertise and leadership are anticipated to significantly enhance our HR operations, streamline processes, and drive our firm toward greater efficiency and success,” said Tonya Spry, director of Human Resources. “This is an opportunity for us to learn, grow, and excel as a team, and we are excited to be adding a new member to those efforts.”
With over 15 years of experience, Kirschner brings a demonstrated commitment to implementing HR strategies that prioritize people, culture and policy compliance. Before joining Gresham Smith, she served as a senior HR business partner at Asurion, where she partnered with leadership in efforts and initiatives to enhance company culture, support employee development, maintain organizational structure and facilitate succession planning. Additionally, Stephanie was pivotal in the integration of a supplemental employee handbook and responsible for communicating matters relating to performance management, employee relations, compensation and people development. Prior to her most recent role, she was the training and development manager at LP Building Solutions before being promoted to corporate HR business partner.

Kirschner is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and received Bachelor of Science degrees in speech communication and organizational communication from Southern Illinois University.
