Gresham Smith provided interior design for various student common areas—including lounges, gaming areas, fitness facilities, communal kitchens, common corridors and sales and administrative offices—that exude the high energy of student life featuring a vibrant scheme with natural colors as a backdrop. Sustainable elements such as cork flooring were utilized, and dropped ceiling features with contemporary light fixtures add architectural interest to the exciting student spaces.
