Gresham Smith is proud to announce that the firm’s Learning & Development team has been named a Top 50 team by OnCon Conferences in recognition of their positive impact on the organization. The team was honored at a virtual awards ceremony on Tuesday, October 22.

The Learning & Development team supports personal and professional growth for Gresham Smith’s more than 1,200 employees through various programs and initiatives. The firm’s Build U initiative provides tools, resources and support, including on-demand and live learning opportunities, professional licensure exam prep, a library of professional development books and more. The Blueprint for Supervisory Excellence program provides a model for achieving Gresham Smith’s vision for effective supervision, offering access to trainings and resources that empower supervisors to lead, develop and support employees. Additionally, the firm’s formalized professional development process provides a roadmap for career growth.

“Congratulations to our Learning & Development team for making the Top 50 list! Their dedication to fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation in delivering resources to our employees is inspiring. This recognition is a testament to their hard work and I look forward to their continued success,” said Tonya Spry, director of human resources at Gresham Smith.

In 2024, the Learning & Development team launched a new firmwide learning management system, “The Learning Center,” which features an improved user experience by utilizing intuitive navigation, role-specific home pages, automatic assignments and robust reporting to create a convenient, personalized place for learning. As a result, the more convenient and accessible platform has led increased engagement in learning activities.
